24-Hour Movement Guidelines

The Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) has developed Canada’s first ever 24-Hour Movement Guidelines for adults. This resource offers clear direction on what a healthy 24 hours looks like for adults aged 18-64 years and 65 years or older.

Too Fit to Fracture

As a Bone Fit trained practitioner, I prescribe safe, effective, evidence-based exercises. Osteoporosis Canada has put together a resource with recommendations to help reduce your risk of fractures, including types of exercise and spine safe movement.
