Hi, I'm Roz! I'm a certified Medical Exercise Specialist with a BSc in Kinesiology.
I specialize in designing safe and effective exercise programs to help maintain or improve over 60 medical conditions.
If you’re living with a cardiovascular, neurological, metabolic or musculoskeletal disorder, or simply would like to add more activity to your life (smart move), I'd love to be part of your journey.
